What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by misuse or abuse
of the Product, or use of the Product for commercial, rather than personal or
institutional, applications. Cutting pads and bearing assembly are excluded from
this warranty.

INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, DAMAGES FOR BODILY INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) AND
DAMAGES TO PROPERTY. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL
BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE.

A Return Authorization (RA), along with shipping information, will be issued.
Following a determination by Ellison that a fault covered by this warranty may
have occurred, Ellison will: (a) ship you replacement parts or (b) ship you a
replacement Product. Product not covered by this warranty will be returned at
your expense.
Ellison SureCut and ClearCrop Die Limited Warranties
Ellison SureCut Dies and SureCut Crease-Rule Dies come with a 3-year
limited warranty. ClearCrop acrylic dies come with a 2-year limited warranty.
