03. INSTRUCTION FOR USE
3.1. Composition of the electric griddle
The product consists of the following parts:
1. Cover knob.
2. Glass cover.
3. Heatplate with non-stick surface.
4. Cool-touch handles.
5. Pin.
6. Thermostat pilot light.
7. Adjustable thermostat.
8. Plug
2. Spread a little oil on the non-stick surface before each use.
3. Place the pan on a firm level surface at least 15 cm from walls or furnishings.
4. Insert the plug into the power supply socket.
5. Insert the temperature regulator accessory
(Figure 2)
into the power intake
of the paella pan. Set the temperature indicator to 0ff.
6. Turn the adjustable thermostat
(Figure 2)
to the temperature required for
cooking the dish you are preparing. The thermostat indicator will light up.
7. Wait until the surface reaches the selected temperature. The pilot light will
turn off. Now you can place the ingredients in the pan.
8. The pilot light will alternately light up and turn off, indicating that the pan is
maintaining a constant temperature at all times.
9. Handle the food in the pan with a wooden spatula. Avoid metallic utensils
and sharp edges.
10. On plugging in or unplugging the power supply cord never pull
or push the cord itself. Always use the plug or connector
(Figure 3)

CAUTION
The heatplate is hot. Use the cool-touch handles to move it.
3.2. Assembly and use
1. Clean the pan with a damp cloth before using for the first time. Dry
carefully and spread the cooking surface with a little oil using a cloth or
paper napkin.
04. CLEANING
Use kitchen soap. Never use abrasive materials which could damage the non-
stick coating. The body and cover are dishwasher safe.
1. Set the adjustable thermostat
(Figure 2)
to 0ff and unplug the cord.
2. Allow the appliance to cool.
3. Remove the thermostat and clean it with a damp cloth. Under no circumstan-
ces submerge it in water or any other liquid.
4. Remove any excess oil with a paper napkin before cleaning the plate.
5. Submerge the cooking plate in hot water and clean with a sponge and liquid
detergent. It may also be washed in the dishwasher.
6. Dry all components with paper napkins before storing or using again.
