Starting the cleaning process manually
Add a suitable cleaning agent depending on the cleaning
programme and on the cleaning task.
Select the requested cleaning programme at the turning knob.
Press the ►
■
key to start the ultrasonic program.
When the selected programme is finished the ultrasound is
switched off automatically.
If you want to operate the unit without any of the preset
cleaning programmes, switch the turning knob into the
∞
position. Now the unit operates in „sweep“ mode.
In this operation mode there is no automatic switch-off. The
ultrasound must be switched off by the user either through
pressing the key

or switching the turning knob back into the
Off position.
This option is available on Elmasonic Denta Pro H units only:
If you want to operate the unit without any of the preset
cleaning programmes and a certain bath temperature is
required, switch the turning knob to 50°C or 70°C, respectively.
Please note: the unit starts heating when the Start key is
activated.

For the removal of heavy contaminations or for the cleaning of a
large number of items switch on the Extra mode to intensify the
cleaning power
.

In order to avoid unintended permanent operation, the
Elmasonic Denta Pro units are equipped with an automatic
safety switch-off. The unit switches off completely after 12 h
permanent operation. In case you wish to continue operation
start the unit again.
