If the initial setting for the Camera is not changed
and the network address is 192.168.1.*, the link
indicator lamp lights only when a computer whose
set IP address is 192.168.1.* (except 192.168.1.10)
is connected to it using the LAN cable.

Check if continuity appears across cable connector
terminals.
