•
Connect the pipe work using
appropriate tools. Check the lay out
drawing for the right conections.
Always place a valve before the
satellite inlet to make sure it can be
disconnected from the water supply.
•
The compressed air supply must
have a constant pressure of between
6 and 8 bar and a capacity of min.
180/240 Nl/min.
•
When all lines have been installed,
pressurise the system and check for
any leaks.
•
Mount the nozzle bracket against an
flat wall, close to the satellite.
•
Never connect the satellite directly to
the general water supply.
•
Place the jerry can for the foaming
and/or disinfectent agent in the
suspension bracket (optional) and
place the hoses in the jerrycan.
White hose is foam. Red hose is
disinfectant (only Blocksat RFD).
Ensure that the hose and suction
filter is submersed fully into the
liquid.
•
Ensure that the hoses don’t fall on
the ground in order to prevent dirt
entering the jerry can.
•
The satellite is now ready for use.
•
ALWAYS set handle in closed position
(grey) when not using the satellite.
Changing settings
Changing foam quality
When the quality of the foam is
insufficiënt you can use the air reducer
to change the foams substance. The
foam quality needs to be set once or
repeated when other foam agent is used.
•
Make sure the lock nut is screwed to
the end of the reducer.
[5]
•
Set the foam quality bij rotating the
air reducer:
More air = Drier foam
Less air = Wetter foam
•
The reducer can be locked again by
fastening the lock nut against the
satellite.
