3.1 Brief description of the important features of the tool
- The hydraulic unit incorporates an automatic retraction which returns the
piston into its starting position when the maximum force is reached.
- The tool is equipped with a special brake which stops the forward motion
of the piston/dies when the trigger is released.
- PVL130P and L have a crimp force of approx. 13 kN (1,3 ton) and PVL350
approx. 35 kN (3,5 ton)
- The crimping head can be smoothly turned by 300° around its longitudinal
axis in order to gain better access to tight corners and other difficult
working areas.
- The tool has a very light weight and provides a good handling through an
ergonomic design.
