5.4.4 The «Passwords» submenu
In the 'Passwords' submenu you may define passwords for administrator and viewer access.
The set passwords are used for access to the device via web interface, Telnet and SSH.
When logging in via WEB interface administrator (default password:
password
) has the full access to the device:
read/write any settings, full device status monitoring. A viewer (password by default:
viewer
) has rights to view
configuration and device monitoring data. Viewer is not permitted to change settings.
Administrator password
– enter administrator password in the corresponding field and confirm it;
Viewer password
–
enter user password in the corresponding field and confirm it.
To apply a new configuration and store settings into the non-volatile memory, click the
'Apply'
button. To discard
changes click the
Cancel
button.

Viewer login: viewer
