11. Clean the external parts of the toaster and attachments
using a damp cloth. Pull out the crumb tray for cleaning. Do
not touch the internal heating elements during cleaning and
maintenance.
12. The appliance is for cooking only.
13. Please note that this appliance should not be used for more
than 1 hour at a time.
14. Bread can burn. So the toaster must not be used near or
below curtains or other combustible materials. The toaster
must be supervised.
15. Warning: When toasting small slices of bread (less than
85 mm in length), be aware of the risk of burn injuries from
contact with hot parts of the appliance when removing the
toasted bread.
16. Caution: When toasting pastries, their filling may become
very hot if the outside of the pastry is browned.

INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING THE SHORT MAINS LEAD
A short mains lead is provided to reduce the risk of getting
entangled in or tripping over a longer lead. Extension leads are
available and may be used if care is exercised in their use. The
rating of the extension lead must be at least as great as the
electrical rating of the appliance. A long lead must be arranged
so that it does not hang over the top of the counter or table
where it could be pulled by children or pose a tripping hazard.
