Water tray
overflows
There is too much food in the compartment
or the food contains too much water,
resulting in excessive defrosting. The door
is not closing properly, resulting in frosting
due to the entry of air, followed by excessive
defrosting.
Exterior of refri-
gerator is hot
Excess heat from the condenser is
dissipated by the exterior of the refrigerator,
which is normal. If the exterior becomes hot
due to high ambient temperature, storage of
too much food, or because the compressor
is not turning off, ensure there is good
ventilation to dissipate the heat.
Surface con-
densation
Condensation on the exterior surface and
door seals of the refrigerator is normal when
the ambient humidity is too high. Just wipe
the condensate with a clean towel.
Abnormal noise
Buzzing: The compressor may produce a
buzzing sound during operation,
especially when the refrigerator starts up or
stops. This is normal. Creaking: Refrigerant
flowing inside the appliance may produce
creaking, which is normal.
