6. è conforme alle prescrizioni della Direttiva 2006/42/EC , in quanto
sono stati applicati e rispettati i requisiti di sicurezza di cui ai punti
1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6 e 1.7 dell’Allegato I e la documentazione
tecnica è stata compilata in conformità all’Allegato VII B .
7. è conforme inoltre alle prescrizioni della Direttiva 2014/30/EU e dei
Regolamenti (EU) 2016/1628.
8. Si impegna a trasmettere, dietro motivata richiesta delle Autorità
nazionali, ulteriori informazioni pertinenti alla macchina in oggetto .
9. Dichiara che i Motori EMAK non devono essere messi in servizio
finché la macchina finale in cui devono essere incorporati non è
stata dichiarata conforme alle prescrizioni della Direttiva 2006/42/
EC e alle disposizioni nazionali di attuazione sotto la ESCLUSIVA E
TOTALE RESPONSABILITÀ DEL COSTRUTTORE DELLA MACCHINA
FINALE.

Istruzioni per l’assemblaggio
Per la corretta incorporazione della quasi-macchina Motore EMAK nella
macchina finale devono essere rispettate le seguenti condizioni :
Nessun componente del Motore deve essere sostituito, modificato,
alterato o asportato.
La macchina finale in cui il motore EMAK viene incorporato non deve in
alcun modo dar luogo a velocità del motore superiori a quelle previste.
Nel montaggio del motore nella macchina finale deve essere assicurato il
corretto allineamento degli organi rotanti ; in nessun caso il montaggio
del motore sulla macchina finale o le operazioni di manutenzione
devono arrecare danno al motore o sottoporlo a sforzi non previsti.
La macchina finale deve essere accompagnata dalle necessarie istruzioni
per un corretto uso del motore.
Il funzionamento in sicurezza del motore è garantito solo in presenza di
manutenzione eseguita da officine specializzate con ricambi originali.

6. complies with the requirements established by Directive 2006/42/
EC, since the safety requirements at Annex VII B, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5,
1.6, and 1.7 by the Annex 1 have been applied and respected .
7. complies with the requirements established by the Directive
2014/30/EU and by the Regulations (EU) 2016/1628 as well.
8. Commits to give further information regarding the subject engine if
required by the national authorities .
9. declares that EMAK engines doesn’t have to be put in service until
the final machine where it is assembled is declared in compliance
with the requirements of 2006/42/EC Directive and the national
provisions under the EXCLUSIVE AND TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY OF
THE MANUFACTURER OF THE FINAL MACHINE .

Instructions for the assembly
For the correct assembly of the quasi-machine EMAK Engine in the final
machine, following terms have to be met:
No Engine component has to be replaced, modified, tampered or
removed.
The final machine, where the EMAK engine is assembled, has not to
exceed the foreseen engine speed indicated by the manufacturer .
During the assembly of the engine in the final machine, the correct
alignment of the rotating components must be guaranteed ; the engine
assembly in the final machine or the maintenance operations must never
damage the engine or cause unforeseen efforts .
The final machine must be equipped with the necessary instructions for a
correct engine use.
The engine working in safety is guaranteed only under maintenance
presence, carried out by specialized workshops, using original spare-parts.

6. est conforme aux prescriptions de la directive 2006/42/CE pour
avoir appliquer et respecter les conditions de sécurité dont aux
points 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6 et 1.7 de l’annexe I et compiler la
documentation technique conformément à l'annexe VII B.
7. est également conforme aux prescriptions de la directive 2014/30/
EU et des règlements (EU) 2016/1628.
8. S'engage à fournir d'autres informations concernant la machine
suite à une demande motivée des autorités nationales.
9. Déclare que les moteurs EMAK ne doivent pas être mis en
service tant que la machine complète sur laquelle ils doivent être
incorporés n'a pas été déclarée conforme aux prescriptions de la
directive 2006/42/CE et aux dispositions nationales d'exécution,
sous la RESPONSABILITÉ TOTALE ET EXCLUSIVE DU CONSTRUCTEUR
DE LA MACHINE COMPLÈTE.

Consignes pour l'assemblage
Pour l'incorporation correcte de la quasi-machine Moteur EMAK sur la
machine complète, respecter impérativement les conditions suivantes :
Ne remplacer, modifier, altérer ou déposer aucun composant du moteur.
La machine complète sur laquelle sera incorporé le moteur EMAK ne doit
en aucun cas permettre au moteur de tourner à une vitesse supérieure à
celle prévue.
Lors du montage du moteur sur la machine complète, s'assurer que les
organes rotatifs sont alignés correctement ; le montage du moteur sur la
machine complète ou les opérations de maintenance ne doivent en aucun
cas endommager le moteur ou le conduire à fournir des efforts non prévus.
La machine complète doit être accompagnée d'un mode d'emploi afin
d'utiliser correctement le moteur.
Pour assurer la sécurité du moteur en cours de fonctionnement, confier sa
maintenance à des ateliers spécialisés et s'assurer qu'ils utilisent des pièces
de rechange d'origine.
