Replacing a Fan Module
CAUTION
!
Handle a fan module gently and use an ESD wristband. Do not
remove a faulty fan module until you have a replacement available.
You can remove the fan module while the CX700 is powered up. If
the module is removed for more than about two minutes, the SPs
power down.
Removing a Fan Module
1. To unlock the front bezel, turn the key at the front of the CX700
counterclockwise. See Figure 3-5.
2. Press the buttons on the front of the bezel, and pull it straight
towards you.
