Please note there is a visible temperature sensor located in the water tank. Do not remove or tamper with it in
any way.
BEFORE INITIAL USE
1.
Remove all packaging and transport material from the appliance.
2.
Wash the lid and the inside of the water bath with hot water and a little washing-up liquid, and then dry
the parts thoroughly.
3.
A minimal smell and smoke will occur from the initial use. It comes from the protective substance applied
to the heating elements during manufacturing. This is normal and harmless.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1)
Preparation
Make sure the appliance is unplugged from the power outlet.
Place the appliance on a stable, level and heat-resistant surface at least 75cm above the floor with at
least 5cm space all round it.
Vacuum seal the food in the suitable size of food saving bags.
Fill the water bath with lukewarm or hot water. The water must not be hotter than the cooking
temperature. Pay attention to the “MAX” and “MIN” level inside the water bath.

Cooking the food
Close the lid and plug in the appliance.
Press the power button; the LCD screen will illuminate to show the default timer and temperature in

Rotate the control knob to adjust the temperature from 45

to 90
℃
by 1
℃
increment. Press the
button “Timer/Temp” and then rotate the control knob to adjust the cooking time from 30 minutes to
72 hours by 30 minutes increment.
NOTE: You can also press and hold “Timer/Temp” for 3 seconds to switch the temperature unit
between “
℃
” and “
℉
”.
When the programming is finished press the control knob to start the preheat process. The appliance
preheats the water to the set the temperature before the cooking time begins to count down. The
screen shows the current temperature of the water.
