Parts Ordering

When corresponding with your

Emerson sales office

or Local Business Partner, indicate the type number and size of the

power actuator and the mounting adaptation used. If the manual actuator was shipped separately (not attached to a
power actuator), give the serial number of the unit, which is shown on a tag attached to the manual actuator.

For 1052 (size 70), and 1061 (sizes 30, 40, 60, 68, 80, and 100),

indicate valve shaft size.

  WARNING

Use only genuine Fisher replacement parts. Components that are not supplied by Emerson Automation Solutions should
not, under any circumstances, be used in any Fisher valve, because they may void your warranty, might adversely affect the
performance of the valve, and could cause personal injury and property damage.
