Wait until the System Manager CIP has finished booting, and then press
the “Refresh” button on the new System Manager CIP for 5 seconds. All
units communicating with the new System Manager CIP will flash their
operational LED for 5 seconds. The new System Manager CIP will flash
the Controller Status LED while configuring, and then remain steady
when configuration is completed.

Replacing a Rectifier –48 V dc, 750 W or 1500 W
Replace a Rectifier –48 V dc, 750 W or 1500 W as described in the following
procedure.
Procedure 7.7 – Replacing a Rectifier –48 V dc, 750 W or 1500 W
Step Action

Notify the alarm center of the possibility of incoming alarms during this
procedure.

If so equipped, remove the air filter from the rectifier to be replaced.

Use a flat blade screwdriver to release the captive screw on the rectifier
to be replaced.

Carefully slide the rectifier out of the shelf.

Carefully slide the new rectifier into position, making sure that it is fully
inserted. The rectifier will start operating as soon as the AC connector is
making contact.

Tighten the captive screw to secure the new rectifier into position.

If the green LED flashes on the new rectifier, press the “Refresh” button
on the controller for 5 seconds. All units communicating with the controller
will flash their operational LED for 5 seconds. The controller will flash the
Controller Status LED while reconfiguring, and then remain steady when
reconfiguration is completed.

Verify that the new rectifier is operating normally (green LED ON and fan
rotating).

If so equipped, reinstall the air filter removed in step 2 on the new
rectifier.

Notify the alarm center of the completion of this procedure.
