5.3.5.
Clearing of alarms
Refer to the “Troubleshooting” section of the “Maintenance” Chapter for the
instructions on how to clear alarms.
Note 1:
If a module has been removed from the system and an alarm
associated with this module still appears on the Controller CIP, this alarm
must be cleared to erase it and reset the list of alarms. After the reset,
ongoing alarm conditions on active modules will still appear on the
Controller CIP, but any alarms associated with removed modules will no
longer be displayed. To do an alarm reset, press and hold the “Refresh”
button for 5 seconds.
Note 2:
The Major output relay operates in the safe mode; it is activated
when there are no alarm conditions and released when there is one or more
alarm condition(s).
