1.
Availability of warranty ticket that is attached to the device according to the operational
conditions.
2.
Presence of document confirming the transaction (purchase (cash-register)
receipt, stringent accountancy receipt or bank transfer order) that identifies the particular
device purchased.
3.
Manufacturer shall be held liable for the suction capacity of the
device only in case the dust collector bag is completely free of dust!
4.
Device shall be
taken to warranty repair together with the warranty ticket and document confirming the
transaction.
Warranty does not apply to faulty devices in following cases: 1.
Incorrect operation (see
Operation Manual), negligent use of the device (unplugging the device from power by
unplugging the power cord, incorrect use and operation of the device, as device must be
operated only at temperatures between +15°C and +35°C), failure to follow the
requirements of the attached Instructions of Use.
2.
In case there are foreign objects stuck
in the device.
3.
In case of mechanical influence to the body of the device (device should
not be subjected to loads not provided for in the normal operational mode).
4.
In case of
detection of traces of repairs indicating interference of the third party during the warranty
period and failure to provide documented proof that the repairs were performed at
competent service, as well as in the event of constructional changes made to the device.
5.
If the device is plugged in the power supply network with characteristics different from the
ones defined in the Instructions for Use.
6.
In case of mechanical damage to the power
cord, plug, switch (torn, cut, open, broken, etc.).
7.
Use of cleaning agents not mentioned
in the Instructions for Use.
8.
Force majeure
conditions (fire, flood, lightning strike, etc.).
Measures in case of damage to the device during warranty period: 1.
Right away stop
using the device!
2.
Turn to the entity from which you purchased the device or in its
dealership (In case the damage is not due to the reasons listed before). In case of damage
to the devise after the warranty period turn to competent service. Consumer has rights
defined by the law notwithstanding the warranty. Manufacturer reserves the right for
structural changes and replacement of elements of the device without giving an advance
warning.
