4.6. SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES
For the proper operation of the vibrator, MAKE SURE that operators have been instructed in the
proper management of this machine.
For the autonomous operation of the vibrator, it MUST BE ENSURE that the operators have been
instructed in the use of this machine.
The vibrator SHOULD ONLY BE USED in the specific jobs for with it the help of this manual.
Before connecting the vibrator to the electrical system, MAKE SURE that the voltage and frequency
coincide with the ones stated in the characteristics equipment plate, located in the top part of the
housing.
ENSURE that all frame screws are tight before starting work and the vibrator is securely attached to
its anchor.
DO NOT OPERATE the vibrator when it is running.
DO NOT WORK with housing broken.
DO NOT WORK CLOSE To flammable liquids or in areas exposed to flammable.
DO NOT ALLOW untrained or inexperienced personnel to operate the vibrator or connections.
KEEP the vibrator in a clean and dry area.
MAKE SURE that the electrical cable is with the proper section and functioning properly (see section
6.6).
BEFORE DOING any type of repair, DISCONNECT the vibrator from the electrical system.
WHEN CONNECTING to a generator, MAKE SURE that the out tension and frequency is stable,
right, and has the proper power. The converter’s feeding voltage should not vary more than ± 5% as
stated on the vibrator’s plate.
WHEN FINISHING the job or when taking a break, the operator SHOULD UNPLUG, disconnect it
from the electrical system, and have it placed in such a way that it should not fall or tip.
During work with this system, the admissible noise of 76dB can be exceeded at some point. Proper
protective equipment. SHOULD BE USED because the acoustic power level of this machine is 76
dB.
4.7. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Wear approved protective equipment. Users and other people in the work area have to wear
protective equipment:
Helmet, noise protection, goggles, gloves and boots.
IN ADDITION, LOCAL COUNTRY STABLISHED ORDINANCES SHOULD BE RESPECTED.
