Obtain fault status in OASIS 2000 software menu 

7.9.3 

No signal on output check: 

If BNC output is used, check if proper channel is selected in OASIS 2000 menu.  (Model 482) 

Is the output cable connected to the proper 25 pin “D” output connector? 

If card has just been powered on, exposed to extreme signal, or gain has just been switched, or 
cable/sensor has just been connected wait 2 minutes for signal to settle down (ISOTRON 
sensors)
