You can move the gripper and gripper finger in the Y and Z direction using the arrow
keys on the back of the gripper tower (→ "Control device with arrow keys"
33).

The linear axis is de-energized. You can move the gripper tower manually along the
linear axis in the X direction.
Confirming the message with
[Yes]
moves the device slowly to the home position, which
is stored in the device configuration (→ "Configuring the device and defining supporting
points"
24). Then the software starts the calibration.

Remove the microplate from the shelf
The software will display a message if there is still a microplate in the shelf in the fol-
lowing cases:

The drives are in an unknown position.

Move the gripper upwards with the "Arrow up" key until you can reach into the shelf.
Make sure that the gripper does not collide with other equipment in the system.
