System error messages
Serious system errors are
always
recognized by the device as "Fault messages", and are indicated
by a lightning symbol (
$
) on the display! Fault messages immediately affect the outputs.
"
Caution!
In the event of a serious fault, a flowmeter might have to be returned to the manufacturer for repair.
The procedures on
6 must be carried out before you return a flowmeter to Hauser.
Always enclose a duly completed "Declaration of Contamination" form. You will find a preprinted
blank of the form at the back of this manual.
!
Note!
Also observe the information on

correctly (or is missing).
2.
S-DAT is defective.
1.
Check whether the S-DAT is correctly plugged into the
amplifier board.
2.
Replace the S-DAT if it is defective.
Check that the new, replacement DAT is compatible with the
measuring electronics.
Check the:
- Spare part set number
- Hardware revision code
3.
Replace measuring electronics boards if necessary.
4.
Plug the S-DAT into the amplifier board.
