7. Dry the ends of the hoses with a clean paper towel.
8. Place the ends of the hoses into an empty beaker.
9. Once the operation has stopped, select
"Menu/Operation/Maintenance/Decommissioning/Rinse analyzer".
10. Immerse all the hoses (R1, R2, S1, C, P) in a beaker containing approx. 200 ml of distilled
water, in order to rinse the system with water.
11. Once again select "Menu/Operation/Maintenance/Decommissioning/Rinse analyzer".
12. Remove the hoses from the beaker and dry them with a clean paper towel.
12.1.4 Sample collector (optional)
Cleaning interval:
• Depends on the application; recommendation: every 3 months
1. Open the analyzer.
2. Press the soft key "MODE" and select "Manual mode".
3. Wait until all operations have stopped.
4. Disconnect or stop pumping of the sample.
5. Select "Menu/Operation/Maintenance/Decommissioning/Sample collector/Empty sample
collector" and press "Start".
There should not be any more sample left in the sample collecting vessel.
6. Remove all the hoses from the sample collecting vessel and the cable of the level monitoring
system and take the sample collecting vessel out of the holder unit.
7. Open the sample collector by turning the cover in the clockwise direction.
8. Clean it with a small brush and plenty of water.
9. Return the collector to the holder unit and connect up all the hoses again correctly.
10. Start the sample preparation system.
11. Press the soft key MODE and select "Continue automatic mode" to start normal
measurement.
