The digital input can output up to four measured variables on the analog output.

Interference at the digital input
If the measuring device is connected incorrectly, this can impact the functional integrity of
the device.

If the digital input is used, only connect digital inputs "0" and "1" to signal ground.

If the transmitter is connected as illustrated in the example, the outputs are no longer
galvanically isolated.

Post-connection check
Are cables or the device undamaged (visual inspection)?
Do the cables used comply with the requirements ?
Do the mounted cables have adequate strain relief?
Are all the connectors firmly seated?
Is the terminal assignment correct?
Are terminal V- and the transmitter housing grounded separately from one another?
Are all of the screw terminals well-tightened?
Are all the cable glands installed, tightened and sealed?
If the supply voltage is applied, is the device ready for operation and does anything appear on the display
module (transmitter with a touch screen) or is the power LED on the measuring device lit (transmitter
with LED status indication)?
