Camera
Configure
Camera Title, Pan/Tilt Driver, Image Sensor,
Camera Mode and Covert Camera Setup
settings.
•
Camera Title:
Edit the camera's name.
•
Pan/Tilt Driver:
Used to pan and tilt the PTZ camera
up, down, left, and right.

Prouct / ID
: Select the tab and configure the pan/
tilt driver. Specify the mounted pan/tilt driver's
model and then set up an ID. Click
Port
and enter
the pan/tilt driver's port speed, data bit and parity
values as per the driver manufacturer's instructions.
• You cannot set up the same ID of the PTZ camera.
• Pan/title driver cannot be controlled if it is not
properly connected to the RS485. For more
information on RS485 port connection, refer to the
RS485 Port
on page 11 in this operation manual

operation
manual
.
•
Image Sensor
: Configure Image Sensor settings.

Mirroring
: Select Horizontal Reverse or Vertical
Reverse to flip the image horizontally or vertically.
•
Camera Mode
: Configure a resolution setting of the
camera connected to the video encoder.

Mode
: Choose a camera resolution 720 or 960.
•
Covert Camera Setup
: Use this feature to assign
Covert Camera View
permissions.
Navigate to
Camera Setup
>
General
and designate
cameras as
Covert 1
or
Covert 2
.

Covert 1
: Hides images from the camera in Live
mode but does indicate the camera's title and
status via icons.

Covert 2
: The camera is indicated as being inactive.
Images from the camera are not shown. Camera
title and status icons are not shown.
Users that have a cover
Covert Camera View
are
able to view both images from and status icons for all
Covert 1
and
Covert 2
cameras.
