9. Troubleshooting
Problem
Solution
The circuit breaker is activated
(tripped).
The load connected to the device is too
high, some of the devices connected to
the
EG-PMS-LANU
should
be
disconnected and the circuit breaker
should be reset.
The switching command is not
carried out, the rocker switch
and indicators are not lit.
There is no power supply to the EG-PMS-
LAN. Please, make sure the EG-PMS-
LANU is connected to the power supply
and the rocker switch is switched on.
The status of EG-PMS-LANU
in Power Manager does not
become
Connected
Try to ping the device (see section 6.1
above)
EG-PMS-LANU is connected
to local network (ping test is
ok) but not responding.
Reset EG-PMS-LANU by pressing the
Reset button
on the side control panel
(see Figure #2 above) or switch it off and
then on again using the
Main rocker
switch Z
(see Figure #1 above).
Connection to EG-PMS-LANU
is lost. It seems something is
wrong with its IP address.
Make sure EG-PMS-LANU is connected to
LAN and switched on. Launch
Find EG-PMS-
LANU
utility. You can also try to use
IP config
(C)
button to let the device renew its IP
address (see section 3.2 above)
