Display
The LCD display shows current workout time, speed, pulse and program. The calories and distance value is displayed
alternating.
Modes / Programs
Quick Start (manual)
1. Turn on the power at the base of the unit and attach the safety cord.
2. Press START button, the system will enter into a 3 second count down and commence at 1.0 km/h.
3. During quick start mode you can use the “SPEED +” or “SPEED –“ button to adjust the speed.
Manual program
Press ”SET/CLEAR” button when the treadmill is not in motion. The time window will display a flashing “30 min”, press
“SPEED +” or “SPEED –“ to adjust the value and press “START”. The treadmill will enter into a 3 second count down
before commencing.
Press twice the “SET/CLEAR” button when the treadmill is not in motion. The distance window will start flashing, press
“SPEED +” or “SPEED –“ to adjust the value (range 1.0 – 99.9 km) and press “START”. The treadmill will enter into a
3 second count down before commencing.
Press three times the “SET/CLEAR” button when the treadmill is not in motion. The calorie window will start flashing,
press “SPEED +” or “SPEED –“ to adjust the value (range 10 – 990 kcal) and press “START”. The treadmill will enter into a
3 second count down before commencing.
Pre-set programs
1. At standby mode, press the “MODE” button until you reach your preferred program (P1 – P25) and confirm with
SET/CLEAR button.
2. The time window will display a flashing “30” indication. Press “SPEED +”, “SPEED –” to set the exercise time
(range 00 – 99 min).
3. When the settings are finished, press the “START” button to begin, the treadmill will enter into a three second count
down before commencing. The “SPEED +”, “SPEED –” can still be used to adjust the workout speed.
