What will we do?

If this product is defective in materials or workmanship and is returned to us within one year of the date of purchase

When this product must be repaired, we may choose to replace it with a new or reconditioned unit of the same or

similar design. The repair or replacement will be warranted for either (a) 90 days or (b) the remainder of the original

one-year warranty period, whichever is longer.

Warranty

 

Service

To get warranty service on this product, you must provide proof of the date of purchase. Call EnGenius Customer

Service at 714-432-8668 (U.S.) or 905-940-8181 (Canada) for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and the

address of the nearest authorized service location. You are responsible for paying all shipping, insurance and handling

costs to return the product to us. We suggest you retain your original package and packing material in the event you

need to ship the product. When sending the product to a service location, include your name, address, phone number,

RMA number, copy of dated, proof of purchase and a description of the operating problem. After repairing or replacing

this product, we will ship it to your home or business in the United States or Canada.

This warranty does not cover damage, abuse, accidents, nor damaged caused by incorrect installation, act of nature,

nor military or police actions. Events outside of the manufacturer's control including but not limited to, accidents,

damage while in transit to our service location, alterations, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, damage

resulting from misuse, mishandling (including bent or broken antenna), or operations outside of the normal operating

conditions or environment, fire, flood, and use outside of the United States or Canada. Nor do we warrant this product

to be compatible with any particular telephone equipment or party line, key telephone systems or more sophisticated

customer premises switching systems. If this product is not covered by our warranty, call us at 714-432-8668 (U.S.) or

905-940-8181 (Canada) for repair information and charges. We, at our option, may replace rather than repair this

product with a new or reconditioned one of the same or similar design. The repair or replacement will be warranted for 90 days.

A lightning protection kit should always be used with an outdoor exposed antenna. We recommend the EnGenius SNULTRA-LPK.
