Never place anything on top of the appliance

other flammable objects. Never cover it and make

appliance is used (e.g. the kitchen counter top), in
case the surface is not heat resistant, or easily gets
stained, it is recommended the use of non-plastic
protection between the appliance and the surface,
thus avoiding the formation of dark or yellowish
stains.

Whenever you want to move, clean or store the
appliance and when you want not use it for a long
period of time, unplug the appliance, remove
the plug from the wall socket and allow it to cool
completely.

If you decide to discard the appliance and throw
it away, you should make it inoperative by cutting
the power cord after removing the plug from
the socket. It is also recommended making all
the potentially dangerous parts of the appliance
harmless, particularly for children who might use
the appliance as a toy.
