This appliance not intended for commercial use.
This appliance is suitable exclusively for food processing in indoor and in dry sealed spaces.
Make sure that the appliance is always positioned securely.
The appliance fulfils all relevant norms standards associated with CE Conformity. Any modifications
to the appliance other than recommended changes by the manufacturer may result in these
standards no longer being met.

Make sure that all the packaging materials have been properly removed before use.

Clean the outside of the appliance with a clean and soft cloth.

Connect the appliance to the power supply and preheat with the plates closed for about
10 minutes. During this period, the appliance releases a slight normal and harmless smoke
resulting from the combustion of manufacturing residues on the plates (A). This smoke
disappears after a few minutes.
4.
Unplug the appliance, allow it to cool down so that you do not burn yourself, clean the non-
stick plates (A) with a damp cloth and grease them then with a little cooking oil with the
help of a cloth or kitchen paper.
5.
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents to avoid damaging the non-stick coating of the plates.
