Put the sealing ring gasket on the blade. Place the
blade through the opening in the bottom of the
bowl.
2.
Put the nut on the spanner. Insert the spanner on
the bottom of the blade. Turn spanner clockwise to
install the nut tightly on the blade.
3.
Turn spanner anti-clockwise slightly and remove
spanner from the nut.
4.
To remove, hold the upper part of the blade with
one hand, and release the nut by spanner with the
other hand.

Fit gasket ring to bowl lid.
2.
Place bowl lid on the bowl and press down fully.
3.
Turn lid clockwise to lock in place with lock cap aligned to bowl handle.
4.
Place bowl on motor base and slightly pressing the bowl to fit in place.
5.
Insert measuring cup to lid and turn clockwise to lock.
6.
To remove the bowl, press release button and remove from motor base.

The blade is very sharp. Handle with caution. Only hold the upper part of the blade!

The sealing ring gasket must to be fitted on the blade. Food may leak out and damage the
appliance if install without sealing ring gasket.

1.
Plug the appliance to power outlet.
2.
Press weight button, LCD indicates “0—0” and
lights up.
3.
When LCD turns “0000”, it indicates scale mode is ready.
4.
Put item on scale and read the weight on LCD. (Unit: g)
