1.
Place the appliance on a stable flat level surface.

Install bowl with blade with gasket ring. (Fig.1)
3.
Add water in the bowl between low water level and MAX level marked on the bowl.
Note: make sure more than 0.5 liter water is added in the bowl.

Fit lid to the bowl and place onto motor base. (Fig.2) Place steamer on the lid. (Fig.3)
Note: never put measuring cup on the lid when using steamer.

Place food in steamer and cover with steamer lid properly. Place steamer tray to heat different
food separately. (Fig.4)
6.
Plug power plug to electric outlet.
7.
Switch on by pressing On/off button ‘I’ down.
8.
Set the timer by turning timer dial.
9.
Set temperature to 120°C and select desired speed. Indicator lights up in red.
10.
'Beep' signal can be heard when timer has 5 seconds left to finish.
11.
LCD display is flashing when operation is finished. Light off in 5 minutes.
12.
Switch off the appliance with On/off button ‘O’ pressed down and unplug the appliance after
use.
13.
Remove steamer lid and remove food from streamer carefully.

Always install blade to the bowl before operation.

Attach the blade shield over the blade for operation. (Fig.5)
3.
To remove, hold the shaft of blade shield and pull it out.
Use with blade shield:
The blade shield is designed to making risotto and so on.
