spare parts.
∆
For your own safety you must only use the
accessories and additional units listed in
the operating instructions or recommended
or specified by the manufacturer. The use
of mounted tools or accessories other
than those recommended in the operating
instructions or catalogue may place your
personal safety at risk.
∆
Wear personal protective equipment when
you use the compressor, the ear muffs etc.
∆
Warning! The electric tool generates an
electromagnetic field during operating.
This field can impair active or passive
medical implants under certain conditions.
In order to prevent the risk of serious or
deadly injuries, it is recommended that
persons with medial implants consult with
their physician and the manufacturer of
the medical implant prior to operating the
electric tool.
Special Safety instructions
WARNING!
RISK of ELECTRIC SHOCK
Incorrect electrical installation, excessive
mains voltage or incorrect handling can lead
to an electric shock. Any electrical shock can
be fatal.
∆
Set up the compressor on an even surface.
The greatest inclination from the horizontal
is 10º.
∆
The hoses at pressure above 7 bar should
be used. The delivery hoses should be fitted
with a safety cord (e.g. wire rope).
∆
All the hoses and fittings shall be suitable
for sit use at the maximum allowable
pressure of the compressor.
∆
Use flexible hoses in order to prevent
transmitting unacceptable loads to the
pipeline system at the connection between
the compressor system and the pipeline
system.
∆
It is essential to use separators, traps and
drains which process the liquid produced
by the compressor before the compressor
system is put int operation.
∆
The compressor and lines can become very
hot during operation, touching these parts
will burn you.
∆
The air which is sucked in by the
compressor must be kept free of impurities
that could cause fires or explosion in the
compressor pump.
∆
When releasing the house coupling, hold
the hose coupling piece with your hand. In
this way you can protect yourself against
injury form the rebounding hose.
∆
Wear safety goggles when working with the
blow-out pistol. Foreign bodies or blown off
parts can easily cause injuries.
∆
Do not blow at people with blow-out pistol
and do not clean clothes while being worn.
Risk of injury!
∆
The compressor could not be operated at
an ambient temperature below +5ºC and
above 40ºC.
∆
Pay attention to preventing ice and snow
from interfering with the operation of the
compressor, in particular the safety valve,
intake air filter of the compressor and of
the cooling air may be blocked.
∆
Prevent the freezing of cooling water
systems, water traps, safety valves
and fittings; and avoid the freezing of
accumulations of condensate. Do not use
the compressor below +5ºC. if the outside
temperature is lower than 0ºC, warm the
compressor first at room before operating.
∆
Warning! During the cold start-up, the oil is
with high viscosity, clogged oil filter or valve
malfunction may result in oil starvation.
∆
To prevent the risk of oil fires occurring,
- Only use the supplied oil
- Operation and maintenance of the
compressor in accordance with the
instruction manual.
- Regular check and maintenance of the
oil level
- Complete oil change regularly
- Ensure that the oil cooling arrangement
are kept clean and protective device
maintained in working order.
