4.
Connect the top of the tower cable
(W7) to the yaw (W6) bottom
connector.
Check all holes of the tower
are
OK,
without
galvanizing defects.
5.
Fix the yaw (W6) to the upper tower
section (T5) with 8 M10x25 countersunk
screws.
•
Apply Loctite 243 adhesive and tight
them with a torque of 30 Nm.
5.7.3.
Generator
1.
Place the generator (W1) in a proper
surface aligned with the tower.
The generator is heavy, be
careful when handling it.
2.
Connect the cables of the yaw (W6)
to the connector of the generator (W1).
Ensure that the generator
is aligned with the yaw. For
this, flat edges of both
pieces should coincide. If
not, turn around the yaw
until this happens.
