4.
Locate the blade fixing plate (W11)
in the upper surface of the base.
5.
Fix the 3 blades (W3) to the hub
(W9) with M10x55 allen screws,
washers and nuts.

Apply Loctite 243 and tight them
with a torque of 50 Nm.
6.
Repeat this step with the 3 blades.
Once the blades are fixed, the generator
assembly should looks like shown in the
figure.
7.
Join the hub with one M16x100
screw and M16 washers.
•
Tight it with a torque of 200 Nm.
8.
Place the front cover (W8) to the
hub (W9) and fix it with M5x15
countersunk screws.
