Local Displays correct, Output not correct
Possible reasons
Procedure
Electronic unit is defective
Check measuring range. Check whether the current value
is outside the measuring range
Electronic unit is defective
Measure the mA output on the strip terminal.
O
2
reads higher than expected, and COe reads lower than expected
Possible reasons
Procedure
This may be due to a poor seal of the COe sensor coupling
located in the terminal box housing. If the stainless steel nut
is not tight enough the O-ring seal allows ambient air to enter
into the COe senor mounting tube which influences the
sensors readings
Tighten or replace the COe sensor coupling assembly.
No COe-Measuring Value; Arrow instead of a value
Possible reasons
Procedure
The physical measuring range has been exceeded
Perform a O
2
+ COe sensor check
An error has occurred with the COe sensor
Check all electrical connections.
No Measuring Value for O
2
; empty Bar Graph
Possible reasons
Procedure
O
2
value out of the coverage of the electronic unit, for
example caused by a low O
2
concentration in connection with
a high COe concentration
Perform an O
2
+ COe sensor check
