RESULTS
When a training or test is completed or stopped, a list of results will be displayed.
These values either concern a total training, or in case of a test protocol, just the test phase
(excl. warming up and cooling down period).
VO2max
For the VO2max test you will find the values that are important for calculating the VO2max;
[Power final 6 min] is the constant power that was used for the final 6 minutes of the test phase.
[HR avg (final 2 min)] is the average heart rate calculated over the final 2 minutes of the test phase.
[VO2max abs] is the estimated absolute value for the maximum oxygen uptake expressed in liters per
minute.
[Fitness level abs] is a score based on the estimated absolute value for this maximum oxygen uptake.
This score can range from - - to ++ to indicate the patients fitness compared to people of the same
age and gender.
[VO2max rel.] is the estimated relative value for the maximum oxygen uptake expressed in milliliters
per kilogram of bodyweight per minute. So this value is related to the patient`s bodyweight.
[Fitness level rel.] is a score based on the estimated relative value for this maximum oxygen uptake.
This score can range from - - to +++ to indicate the patients fitness compared to people of the same
age and gender and corrected for bodyweight. (
See table 1
for VO2max rel. references).
