Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning
The EN-Dynamic may be cleaned with a damp cloth and a domestic liquid cleaner. Use lukewarm
water and a non-abrasive liquid household cleaner (no abrasive, no alcohol content solution).
For correct operation keep the bars of the mechanism clean and free of grease.
The display panel contains an anti-reflective coating, which needs special care when cleaned. Use a soft
and dry cotton cloth or micro fiber tissue to clean the panel. To remove fingerprints or grease, use a
non-abrasive glass cleaning agent. Apply a small amount of the cleaning agent to a soft cotton cloth
and then carefully clean the panel.
Daily maintenance
•
Check all moving parts with regard to wear or visible deviations such as damage and cracks
•
Check the belts, if visible, with regard to wear
•
Check the pneumatic pipes (auditive) with report to possible leakage
Weekly maintenance
•
Remove any condensation moisture from the compressor (consult the operation manual of your
compressor for this).
Periodical maintenance
Periodical maintenance depends on the intensity of use. With an average use (8 hours a day, 5 days a
week) we advise you to perform the following maintenance periodically (every month).
•
Clean the piston rods
•
If necessary, lubricate the points of rotation with light grade oil.
