Entec Solar guarantees that this product and its
associated accessories will be free from defects
during the legal warranty period of 24 months
and from the date of purchase, reflected in the
sales invoice. This warranty does not cover fuses
or damage caused by accidents, negligence,
modifications or abnormal operating conditions, or
improper use or handling. Opening the equipment
for inspection or tampering with it in any way will
immediately result in a warranty loss. Distributors
are not authorized to extend this warranty on behalf
of Entec Solar.
During manufacture, the E-1000, the E-Sens and the
reference cell have been subjected to a calibration
process in the voltage and current measurements
of the same and an internal adjustment has been
carried out to compensate for any variation in the
measured parameters. Over time, degradation of
electronic components can occur due to changes
in temperature, high operating currents, application
of voltage for long periods, etc. This can cause
maladjustments in the calibration constants of the
devices and, therefore, return erroneous results
during measurements. Entec Solar guarantees the
calibration of all its devices for a period of 24 months,
after which the equipment must be returned to the
factory to carry out a recalibration and thus ensure
the highest precision in measurements.
All items that are sent for repair or calibration,
whether within the warranty framework or
outside of it, must attach the Entec service form.
