The diagrams and pictures
which
follow depict how the
various electrical components work in harmony to provide
the power needed to operate and
occupy
your coach.
I
n essence,
your coach has
two electrical systems
:
• 120-volt AC
-
-
the same as in your home
.
• 12-volt DC
-
-
the same as in your car
.
Both systems have to work together to provide the coach with the
type of power required for its appliances, motors
and controls.
• There are two inverters that
inver
t 12 Volt DC power to 120 Volt
AC power.
• The inverters also include a battery
charging
systems that
converts
120
Volt AC power to 12 Volt DC power.
How your coach operates electrically depends on the source and use
of your power.
The sources of power include:
• Shore power which could be either 15, 20, 30 or 50 AMP service
• Battery power
• Generator power (50 amp service)
• Solar panel(s), if installed
• Engine alternator

Total Electrical Disconnect Switches
Located in a passenger
side
,
mid-rear storage bay
are 6 switches that enable
you to disconnect electricity
from all the systems on the
coach.
This is a very convenient
feature when storing your
coach.
Each switch is clearly
marked and operated by a
