Installation
Signal to Terminal Block Wiring (6667 Monitor)
The 6667 uses an external terminal block to allow for up to six channel inputs and 4–20mA
recorder outputs. The terminal block functions as the thermocouple signal conditioning unit
for the thermocouple signals, and determines the “cold junction” temperature. The terminal
block is attached to the monitor backplane with a ribbon cable. The following diagram
shows the definitions for the 6667 terminal block terminals and the connections between the
input source and the terminal block.
Note the following:

You may ground the cable shield at either end of the cable. Do not ground the shield at
both ends.
