Secondary Installation
9. If you are using 50-3215 (Glass Media) or 50-3211 (Light Kit) you may now cover the entire media tray in a
thin layer of glass pebbles; one layer is all you need.
10. You have now successfully installed your panels and media base. You may now arrange your optional 50-
3209 (Log Set), 50-3286 (Rock Set), or 50-3292 (Log & Rock Set); see instruction sheets for further detail.
11. Re-install the glass door and safety screen.
Unwrap your new Enviro liner set from their protective packaging. Be careful not to scratch or bump then liners
as they are fairly fragile. If the liners arrive damaged please contact your nearest Enviro dealer.
5. Remove the 3 liner retainers from inside the firebox using a T-20 Torx screwdriver. Then remove the existing
steel liners starting with the sides first.
6. Ensure there is nothing on top of the media tray such as glass pebble media or glass bezel. Angle the rear liner
into the firebox with finesse. The panel will fit in, dont worry, place one corner in towards the back and rotate
inward. Slip it into the channel behind the media tray and install the rear liner retainer.
7. If you have media tray option 50-3214 (Glass Bezel) place the bezel strips around the tray before the side
liners are installed. If you are using 50-3215 (Glass Media) or 50-3211 (Light Kit) install tray media after the side
liners.
8. Place the side liners into the side channels of the media tray. 50-3207 (Ledgestone) and 50-3208 (Enameled)
will be placed in at the bottom and rotated up until seated. 50-3206 (Fluted) will be placed in at the rear and
rotated inward until seated. Once seated secure the top with the retainers using a T-20 Torx screwdriver. If using
50-3214 (Glass Bezel) pull the sides in so they butt up with the long strips.
