– Ejector checking
Switch the analyzer to zero during at least 2 minutes.
Position the manual 3-way valve « Measurement / Zero – Span » into intermediate
position, in order to separate from fluid circuit.
In the « Test / Optical bench » menu, write down the value of the sample pressure: this
value must be equal to 150 +/- 50 hPa when the supply pressure of ejector is equal to
4.10

hPa.
– Replacement of the ejector
The temperature inside the chamber is 180°C
.
Open the manifold cover,
Dismount the connecting tube (1) between the chamber and the ejector,
Unscrew the two connectors « Air supply (2) and Vent (3) » located at the upper part of
the ejector,
Unscrew the two screws handling the ejector (4).
