Descaling the vaporiser
1. Open the draining-tap and drain the water
which is still inside the device, then close the
tap.
2. In order to descale you will need a household
descaler. If you have a dry descaler, make
sure to dissolve it in water according to the
instructions of use.
3. Pour this solution into the water tank.
4. Switch on the device after about 5 minutes
and let it run until the low water protection
buzzer starts to sound.
5. Immediately pour ca. 1 L of clear water into
the water tank. The buzzing fades and the
device heats up again which dissolves the
remaining scale deposits.
6. Switch off the device after about 10 minutes,
let it cool down and drain the water. Repeat
this procedure until there are no more scale
particales in the drained water and the tank
is clean. Rinse the water tank with clear water
after descaling.
Attention!
Decalcifying- agents are caustic, rinse the
affected skin areas or eyes immediately with
plenty of cold water.
When using a combination of IR emit-
ters, make sure that the emitters used comp-
ly with the norm DIN 60335-2-53.
