OPERACIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO
4.1. Mantenimiento del ascensor
Cuando sea necesario
APAGAR
y
MANIPULAR EL
ASCENSOR Y/O EL VARIADOR Y/O EL P2S
es necesario
asegurarse de desconectar correctamente el P2S y
asegurarse de que no sigue alimentando el ascensor.
Tenga en cuenta que el sistema P2S está pensado entre
otras cosas para seguir alimentando el ascensor en
caso de corte de luz por lo que deberá operar en
consecuencia.
1)
Apague el P2S conmutando a OFF el interruptor del
inversor monofásico (
) y desconecte el
Convertidor DC/DC, bien con el interruptor
o
bien deshabilitando “ENABLE INVERTER”
abriendo el contacto que estará cableado a la
maniobra del ascensor.
i.
De esta manera el P2S no estará
alimentando ni la maniobra, ni el variador
de frecuencia.
2)
El variador deberá apagarse automáticamente al
haber realizado el paso anterior.
3)
Espere el tiempo necesario para que la tensión del
bus de continua baje a valores seguros (indicado en
el manual del variador).
4)
Extraiga el conector
del convertidor DC/DC.
5)
Realice las operaciones requeridas con el variador.
6)
Antes de volver a conectar el variador, vuelva a
insertar el conector
del P2S.
7)
Una vez hayan transcurrido unos 30 segundos,
encienda el P2S conmutando a ON y el interruptor
del inversor monofásico (
).
8)
El ascensor volverá a estar operativo alimentado
desde el sistema P2S.

MAINTENANCE
4.1. Elevator maintenance
A correct P2S shutdown, as well as ensuring there is
no supply, is necessary whenever the
ELEVATOR
AND/OR THE DRIVE AND/OR THE P2S ARE GOING
TO BE MANIPULATED
. Keep in mind that P2S system
is designed, among other things, to keep on supplying
the elevator in case of blackout, so you should act
accordingly.
1)
Turn down P2S system by switching OFF single-
phase inverter switch (
) and disconnect DC/DC
converter with either switch
or disabling
“ENABLE INVERTER”
by opening the contact,
which will be connected to the controller.

This way, P2S system will neither be
supplying the controller nor VVVF drive.
2)
Drive should turn down automatically after the
previous step.
3)
Wait until DC bus voltage lowers down to safe
level, as long as is necessary (check your drive
handbook).
4)
Extract DC/DC converter
connector.
5)
Perform necessary actions with the drive.
6)
Before turning on the drive, connect back P2S
connector
.
7)
Let 30 seconds elapse, then turn on P2S by
switching on single-phase inverter switch (
).
8)
The elevator will be operational again, supplied
from P2S system.
