Windows version
When
your computer has loaded
Windows, select Help from the menu
bar. Then select About program
Manager to see the version number.
Software versions
In Windows applications, select
About from the Help menu, or read
the version number from the banner
screen displayed when the program
starts, or check your software manual.
MS-DOS version
In Windows, select the MS-DOS
Prompt icon. When the MS-DOS
prompt appears, type VER and press
Enter
to display the MS-DOS version
number.
CONFIG.SYS
In Windows, use the Sysedit utility in
the Applications group to see a list of
the system configuration commands
in the file. At the MS-DOS prompt,
