Board
This is the engine controller board. It consists ofanpPD782388-bit CPU (including a MASK ROM)
and a gate array. The board controls laser
g (the polygon mirror drive motor), image
synchronization, laser beam pulse width, and power.

Unit
The
unit is the low-voltage supply unit, which consists of a switching regulator circuit. It
converts the
line voltage into
and +5 VDC voltages. There are two types of power supply
board, the 120V type and 220/240V type. The difference between the two circuits is only in the
input section.
