M/C Cable
Removal
(1) Turn OFF the Controller.
(2) Disconnect the power cable and signal cable connectors from the controller.
(3) Remove the Connector Sub Plate.
For details, refer to
Maintenance: 3.5 Connector Sub Plate
.
Do not pull the Sub plate forcibly.
The M/C cables are still attached to the plate.
(4) Disconnect the connectors.
Connector: x10, x20, x30, x111, x121, X131
Each connector has a unique number.
Each connector has a different shape.
Do not disconect the battery connector
(XB10). Otherwise, the calibration must be
executed.

Installation
(5) Connect new M/C cable connectors to those of the Cable Unit.
(Connect to the connectors of the Cable Unit with the same number.)
(6) Mount the Connector Sub Plate.

(7) Connect the power cable and signal cable connectors to the controller.
(8) Turn ON the Controller.
(9) If the connector (XB10) falls off from the battery, execute the calibration for Joint #1.
