(51) Connect the connector to the encoder board 4.
Connector: EB05_CN1
Be careful that the jumper pins on the board do
not come off.
(52) Install the ground wire terminals.
Cross recessed binding head machine screw:
M4×8
Tightening torque: 0.9
±
0.1 N·m
(53) Cut the two air tubes with proper length and
connect them to fittings.
Air1: White
Air2: Blue
For cleanroom model, cut the yellow air tube
with the length as shown in the picture.
Make sure that the air tube does not interfere
with the pulley or belt.
