Disposing of Used Consumables
The following used ink materials are classified as
industrial waste.
- Ink bottles
- Maintenance boxes
- Printed paper
Dispose of used consumables in accordance with laws
and regulations, such as by contracting an industrial
waste disposal company. When using an industrial
waste disposal company, make sure you also give them
the Product Safety Data Sheet.

Checking how much ink remains
Check all ink tanks visually to confirm the amount of ink
remaining.

Important:
If you continue to use the printer when the amount
of ink remaining is below the bottom line, a
malfunction could occur.
Refilling ink

Important:
To keep the printer in optimum condition, do not
repeatedly fill the tanks with small amounts of ink.

Open the ink tank cover.

Open the ink tank caps to refill the ink.

Important:
Make sure the color of the ink tank matches the
color of the ink you want to refill.

Make sure you shake the ink bottle as shown
before you open it.

Remove the ink bottle from the bag.
