3.2 16-bit Display Memory Interface

Since 35.7K bytes with at least 283ns access time SRAM is required, two 32K bytes SRAM with 120ns access time are
used for this example.

3.2.1 Configuration options

VD0 = no pull-up resistor for 8-bit bus interface or
VD0 = pull-up (with a 10K resistor) for 16-bit bus interface.

Other option settings are not related to this implementation.
