9. Guarantee conditions 

The  Doohbox  has  undergone  all  the  required  tests  and  fulfils  all  the  applicable  safety 
requirements.  If,  however, manufacturing  or material  defects  are  found,  Erard  Pro  will 
cover repair of the product (parts and labour). If the product cannot be repaired, Erard 
Pro will exchange it or the defective component during a 5-year period for mechanical 

parts  (excluding  wear  parts)  and  during  a  1-year  period  for  electrical  parts,  including:  fans, 
compressor,  condenser,  evaporator,  heating  resistor,  thermostats,  and  contactor.  The  original 
invoice indicating the purchase date, reseller name and product serial number must be provided to 
activate the guarantee. 
 

This guarantee does not cover the following cases: 
 

- 

Damage due to an external cause such as lightening, dropping the product, water, fire, etc. 

- 

Transport costs, as well as any damage sustained during transport, related to the execution 

of this guarantee. 

- 

Damage  caused  by  negligence,  storage,  faulty  installation,  abnormal  usage  contrary  to  or 

non-compliant with the recommendations in this manual, modifications, repairs carried out 
by persons not authorized by Erard Pro, etc.
